Medication management is a frequent and troublesome challenge for seniors and their families, and LifeMatters’ new medication management service, based on MedMinder technology, will allow seniors to easily manage their medications.
In addition, patients’ families and LifeMatters caregivers have the ability to monitor, in real time, whether medications are missed. This new service from LifeMatters includes a wireless pill box that provides dosage reminders and reports to caregivers, through e-mails, if medications are missed or the wrong medications are taken.
